When will my tasting box arrive?
Packages should arrive on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 10, via GLS. GLS will issue tracking notification upon pick up with a 8am-7pm delivery window and options for rescheduling. Person receiving the package from GLS must be 21 years of age or older.
I'd like to pick up my order. Why isn't that an option?
The ABC license for this auction requires auction items be issued the same day, and the only way to insure such compliance is to ship out same day.
Why do I have to pay $10 shipping for each package when I order multiple packages?
Packages are coming straight out of the region you're ordering from, so they can't be 'ganged' up. That also means you'll be getting super fresh beer directly from that craft beer scene -- which is the point!
I've changed my mind and would like a refund. How can I get that?
A refund may be provided upon request within one day of a purchase. After January 31, all sales are final.
How can I track my package?
You will receive an email from GLS shipping with a tracking number and details on the package delivery. This email will be sent to you by the evening of Tuesday, February 9. Once you get this email from GLS you will be able track the package and can also reschedule the delivery date/time.
If you do not receive the tracking email on Tuesday, February 9, please contact us.
Do I have to be home to receive my package?
Yes, an adult (21+ over) signature is required.
What are the hours of the delivery window?
GLS delivers between 8am-7pm.
Will I be contacted by the driver before the package is delivered?
No, but you can reschedule a delivery.
How can I reschedule my delivery time?
You can reschedule the delivery time BEFORE a missed attempt by following the instructions in the email you receive from GLS. PLEASE NOTE: It may add a day in transit though.
